Hiring a TC is a great middle ground between doing it all on your own and hiring a permanent employee. With a TC, there is no overhead because I charge per file. Also, I am familiar with all the CAR forms and you don’t have to worry about things like payroll or offering benefits. Many agents also like to use a TC in conjunction with their employee(s) because we can free up their time to help you with things like marketing and prospecting.
I will invoice you after closing and escrow will cut my check from your commission.

Ensure disclosures are returned quickly and with all necessary signatures.
Create Request for repairs, addendum's, listing agreements and purchase contracts for the Novice agent or the Busy Broker.
