Hiring a TC is a great middle ground between doing it all on your own and hiring a permanent employee. With a TC, there is no overhead because I charge per file. Also, I am familiar with all the CAR forms and you don’t have to worry about things like payroll or offering benefits. Many agents also like to use a TC in conjunction with their employee(s) because we can free up their time to help you with things like marketing and prospecting.
I will invoice you after closing and escrow will cut my check from your commission.

- Thoroughly review the contract and ensure it is fully executed with all signatures, initials and dates.
- Prepare and send disclosures and order NHD report. I will send thru docusign.
- Make sure any applicable addenda, broker specific forms, and seller's disclosures are included and signed.
- Send executed documents your client, agent, title, and mortgage company if applicable.
- Send introductory email with party introductions, detailed transaction timeline, and explanation
Throughout the escrow period
Create new files for the agent. Coordinate and communicate with escrow, clients and all agents involved. Upload to agents platform.
Create Disclosures through zipforms and handle the signing through Docusign.
Ensure disclosures are returned quickly and with all necessary signatures.
Create Request for repairs, addendum's, listing agreements and purchase contracts for the Novice agent or the Busy Broker.
Dropbox, Brokermint, Skyslope, Coldwell Banker, EXP agents, HomeSma Adobe, Folio compliant.
